I weighed 119kgs and had a year of the gym after tearing a tendon in my forearm off the elbow. I got back to the gym in January 2017 and started using this product as a meal replacement and just eating either chicken, fish or steak at night with a salad to get the body to start burning fat. Doing this and a circuit type workout 3 times a week I lost 11kg in 8 weeks, down to 108kg. I have definitely noticed a change in body shape and am putting on size. The product mixes virtually instantly and tastes quite good, I always get chocolate, its a safe flavor. I will keep using this product
