BP Spirulina Power has such powerful effects. I have it every morning, either mixed in a green smoothie, in overnight oats or a quick shot with water (least enjoyable). Straight after or incorporated in my meal I have Vitamin C (which assists the absorption of the spirulina and stimulates the health benefits). Alongside a healthy diet, spirulina is my go to. I notice a major difference in my energy levels throughout the day, and rarely experience the '3pm slump' or food cravings. Highly recommended this product to anyone and it's a great price!
