Our Protein Pancake Mix means you’ll never have to suffer another protein Frisbee again. We’ve done all the hard work to deliver you a quick and easy muscle building snack with an ideal mass gaining 50:50 protein to carbohydrate ratio.

Developed with the attention on mass gain, muscle recovery and repair; our Protein Pancakes can directly replace one of your daily protein shakes or be incorporated into your diet for the extra quality calories.

Super convenient for breaky, a snack or as a dessert, serve them up with your much loved toppings.

Mixing Directions

As a dietary supplement, first add 3 x 30ml scoops of milk or water to a shaker bottle; next add 3 x flat 30ml scoops of Pancake Mix and shake for 30 seconds or until a smooth mixture consistency is achieved.

 

Cooking Directions

Heat fry pan on medium temperature setting and lightly oil (we recommend using coconut oil or olive oil cooking spray). When the fry pan reaches medium temperature turn stove to the lowest setting and pour mixture into the middle of pan. Cook the first side until lightly brown (pancake will display air holes and mixture will be lightly set on top), flip and repeat until both sides are lightly brown. Serve with desired toppings; remember to choose toppings that fit in with your macros.

Was concerned about the use of Stevia in the product, but couldn't taste it in the mix. Overall it's nice and pancake-y, and if it helps your body-changing to meet goals then why not give it a go?

I have tried ever protein pancake mix out there, and they all taste like egg or cardboard. But i thought I'd give this one a go. Heck was I surprised! Easy to make, tastes great (a drizzle of honey and peanut butter) and Its an amazing 250 - 300 Calorie (per pancake) Brekkie! Or just eat them plain for a low calorie snack! 10/10
