As a dietary supplement, first add 3 x 30ml scoops of milk or water to a shaker bottle; next add 3 x flat 30ml scoops of Pancake Mix and shake for 30 seconds or until a smooth mixture consistency is achieved.
Heat fry pan on medium temperature setting and lightly oil (we recommend using coconut oil or olive oil cooking spray). When the fry pan reaches medium temperature turn stove to the lowest setting and pour mixture into the middle of pan. Cook the first side until lightly brown (pancake will display air holes and mixture will be lightly set on top), flip and repeat until both sides are lightly brown. Serve with desired toppings; remember to choose toppings that fit in with your macros.
